Yes and no. Many white artists do use “black” culture to further their careers and make profit while having little relation/love for black people, that’s a very real thing, and I absolutely wouldn’t describe that as black colonization.

As for it being “black culture…” not really tbh, maybe black american culture, but it’s a culture that started here and doesn’t naturally exist anywhere else in the world. Africans aren’t like that naturally.

The vast majority of american culture isn’t really black influenced, it’s pretty much just music and sometimes language, but nothing else, and even in that you can find many styles of music with 0 black influence.
