The murder of innocent people like they did in srebrenica is genocide because of the genocidal intention. A war crime can be for example killing a man who has surrendered. Why were the bosnians killed and why were the palestinians killed? In both cases innocent people died but the motives are different. Serbia committed a genocide and israel committed war crimes.
