The name is mouth widening surgery, and idk he probably thought his mouth was too narrow.

It's probably the dumbest surgery anyone can get, most of the time a narrow mouth blown out of proportion in the persons head, also it often times looks uncanny do to there not being more lip when widening the mouth. It is a hard failo to fix and fixing other features to help your harmony helps more. This guy has a small mouth (wont let me insert the picture smh)

Can’t be a bad thing, mines currently like 2.3 I think, and I’m getting fillers in October to get it to 3 plus square it off (it’s sort of like amnesias at the moment) - but my Batman IQ brain has known that I would undertake this, so for the last 1.5 years I’ve had a perfectly shaped goatee, so people have obviously forgotten how my chin looked, then when I get it done and it’s shaved, I’ll just say “yeah it’s crazy I DO look different” jfl at normies.
