The overly long narrow chin is what grabs my attention the most. Eyes look a little buggy in some pics, exposed philtrum, extremely thin lip area. Unsure what those lines around his mouth are, they look like the outline for hollow cheeks but there are none, is it because of his recessed maxilla? Looks like a British coot.
I think it's from chin projection, but I'm not sure. He looks like he has mild acromegaly or something.
