Just the short forehead giving a below average length, no other skullcel trait. Its just another case of average face dimensions looking small because over 5'9 (he wears lifts to touch nearly 5'11 in events). Actual skullcels are fucked:

zygo width is 14 cm (average 14cm)
menton to sellion 11.5 cm (average 12.2cm)
average range skull dimensions=small hence he looks like a skullcel.

Its like a 35-40th percentile skull size at worst

I don’t know about that.

But he also uses eyelash curler to curl them.
That’s why they appear prominent and dense.
Don’t forget this.
