I'm not talking about some faggy trendy "diet", I mean you need to stop eating completely for extended periods of time. When blood glucose levels fall dramatically, your brain will perceive it as a life-threatening situation. You enter beast mode. You will become aggressive, low inhibition, fearless, unforgiving
I'm too lazy to look into the actual science behind this, but from previous experience, it's clear that nothing makes you more irritable and aggresive than prolonged hunger

How about you actually try doing this before talking shit? Or are you too much of a fatass to go 12-18 hours without eating? (Try going longer than that if you can. You need to be in a state of extreme hunger)

Yeah why not increase your adrenaline and therefore your cortisol.

As long as you feel aggressive and low inhibited it doesn't matter

Anabolism involves the hormones:
  • estrogen
  • insulin
  • growth hormone
  • testosterone
Catabolism involves the hormones:
  • adrenaline
  • cortisol
  • cytokines
  • glucagon

If you are still growing you want to be in a 24/7 anabolic state. Constant food. Constant growth.
As long as you feel aggressive and low inhibited it doesn't matter
It does matter because it affects your whole body

If you are still growing you want to be in a 24/7 anabolic state. Constant food. Constant growth.

It does matter because it affects your whole body

If you are under 18, you need to fucking eat constantly if you want to fucking grow. Never go hungry if you are under 18.

Eat like 4k minimum calories of high fat, high carb, high protein, high calcium if you want optimum hormone and bone (wrists) development and density.

Id gladly be a bigger 13 year old if it meant ill grow to have 7-8" inch wrists
Going hungry will not help you grow bone.

If you are over 18 and finished growing then fasting once every 14 days is legit

That's why I have 0 inhibition when I'm hungry. The only thing I can think of is eating and the tastes of the food.
