250g mince with rice and potatoes (no sauce/spices)
250g chicken with rice (no sauce/spices)
100g nuts

I’m currently cutting rn but if I was bulking I would add oats.

Boring asf but I find if I eat foods that are tasty my face bloats heavily from salt/sugar.
