Is zero-sugar/diet coke a looksmin? I drink it regularly because I'm leanmaxxing and on my diet and it has 0 calories yet tastes just as good as regular soda, so it's one of the few pleasures of life I can still enjoy, but idk if the artificial sweetener aspartame they use or the drink as a whole is a looksmin. Also, on the nutrition facts label it says sodium 70mg and potassium 90mg

Could you please clarify why they aren't good? I understand they are definitely no healthy food, but do the cons actually merit giving them up completely?
