DO NOT BUIY ZETA'S COURSE!!!
I was looking through my mega files app and I found zeta’s course i downloaded from April 2025 (some guy bought it and sent it to me). EVERYTHING he says in the course is mostly common fucking sense. I watched every episode and I will summarize every one of them, in order, below.
SUMMARY OF HIS COURSE
PUBERTY: Get enough sleep. At least 8-9 hours a night. Eat a healthy, high protein diet. If you are always hungry, eat. Your body is craving nutrients. Play a sport or work out.
DIET: Natural protein sources such as ground beef, milk, and eggs. Be in a calorie surplus to maximize growth. Use a calorie calculator to find your maintenance and eat 200-300 calories above that. He asked chatgpt for a diet which fits in that. If you want to lose weight, eat 300 calories less.
LEAN OUT: YOU WILL FEEL LIKE SHIT DOING THIS. Track calories. He ate one apple for breakfast, steak/ground beef for lunch, 2 eggs and carrots for dinner. This is a much more aggressive way to cut. Do not do this during puberty. You will be underdeveloped.
ACCUTANE: Take for 6 months. Your acne will most likely be gone by then. For dry skin, use moisturizer, and dry lips, use aquaphor. He took 20mg of accutane.
GUT HEALTH: Eat clean, organic, whole foods. Make sure to chew your foods enough. Drink raw milk (this tastes good) and kefir (this tastes like utter shit and piss)
EYEBROWS: Get minoxidil foam or in a bottle in 10% concentration. Get a bit on your hands and smear it in your eyebrows once every morning. If you pair this with a derma stamp, it works better. Minoxidil in morning, derma stamping every night.
CLEAR SKIN: Find out what’s causing acne. Usually diet, but if its hygiene, “Just take a fucking shower and change your sheets”. To fix your diet, cut out processed sugars and carbs. Use tret if those don’t work. Slowly
increase concentration. Your skin will be very dry. Use a good moisturizer.
COLORING: Get tan, tanning bed or sun. Dye hair black with black eyebrows if you have light eyes. He wears colored contacts to make his eyes light. If you have dark eyes, dye hair blonde and leave eyebrows black.
EYE COLOR: Colored contacts. That’s literally it.
HYOID: Mew, Jaw opening exercises. Open and close mouth fast and hard. 3 sets 20 reps once every day and night.
BONESMASHING: Common sense but hit your zygos with a hammer for a pump. He didn’t see any progress himself and does not recommend it.
DEBLOAT: Do cardio, get good sleep, don’t eat junk food. Cut out sodium for a day or two and drink a lot of water. Use a diuretic such as caffeine.
BALDING: Take finasteride to prevent DHT, use topical minoxidil on widow’s peak. He didn’t explicitly say this, but if you’re past norwood 2/3, start planning a trip to Turkey.
HAIR: Don’t wash with water hotter than your body temp because that will dry it out. Let hair air dry, don’t use a towel. Use a leave in depending on hair type. He doesn’t really style his hair aside from adding volume with the leave in.
APPEAL: Wear earrings and other jewelry. Get tattoos. Gymmaxx and neckmaxx. Whiten your teeth. He uses coconut oil but I recommend peroxide for this, I never saw progress with coconut oil.
EYELASHES: Don’t touch them, use a lash serum. After they’re grown, dye them black.
ACNE SCARS: We go into this video already assuming you fixed your acne. Use a retinoid (he recommends tret) Laser therapy is another option
ORDER: He urges you to follow this course in exact order for optimal results.
