I am taking a multivitamin for teenage men (picture of all supplements attached), which includes 15mg of zinc and 1.5mg of copper. Is this a good amount for a 14 year old?

I take 25mg zinc and theres 4mg of copper in the chlorophyllin but you only absorb 1-2
