I havent cured completely my acne but I barely have any acne anymore
It works tbh
It takes time but it will help reduce your acne, try combining it with something else maybe

Yeah but taking too much zinc can lead to copper deficiency
The recommended daily intake is 11mg per day
Also like I said it must depend on the type of zinc you take
Theyre not all equally bioavailable
I take citrate which is more bioavailable

tretinoin + some other treatment is only cure. It's not even a cure it just helps. if ur giga sensitive to T and DHT good luck son ur fucked

dude ur telling me to overdose on zinc for 6 fucking weeks fuck that dude. i probably did it about 2 weeks each time noticed absolutely zero change and determined it's some bull shit honestly. how much of a difference has it made for you and when did you notice changes?

also I took accutane 3x and half my hair fell out. im on dutasteride minox and RU as a result. I don't mind but the dutasteride i literally HATE how I have no sex drive as a result it's terrible honestly.

Just take a bit more than the daily recommended amount like I do
This and tretinoin is better than the poison called accutane
