Zinc megadose went bad

This was my first time taking any sort of supplement, I just put it in my tongue and swallowed it with some water on an empty stomach, I thought I was gonna feel the anti-aromatase effects
I thought I was gonna ascend into an unknown realm, so I put my shoes and got out for a walk.
I was feeling good until 30 minutes passed and I got a light headache and started feeling dizzy
HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO ME?!
I thought I'd be an exception. I walked at full speed to my home and threw up as soon as I got there.
