Zinc tablets give me super boners

I was sick a few weeks ago and my mom bought me these zinc tablets. I noticed that when I take them, I will get much harder boners, and am generally more horny regardless of if im fapping or not. I did research and it says that u should only see results like this if your deficient, but idk why I would be deficient. Anyway, im gonna continue taking it cus it makes me giga horny

Its possible that im deficient since my family usually eats chicken and duck and not beef or pork.

get zinc picolinate absorbs better in the gut, idk ur dose but 25 -50mg is recommended at regulating sex hormones, which its obviously doing for u, even if ur arent deficient supports so much in the body, w mom

isnt that too much? wont it lead to a copper deficiency?
