It’s not based. Wealth taxes are some of the most distortionary. Basically no European country has them. Rent freeze doesn’t apply to everyone just people in rent stabilized housing which is gonna artificially constrict supply and raise rent for everyone else even more. A 30 dollar min wage will lead to mass unemployment, an increase in gig work, and local inflation.
