So basically like a week ago i started using hydrocortisone to slim down my nose and when i apply it, wait for 5 mins and rinse it, the mix of water and hc comes down all the way from my nose to my chin. But for like a week or so I've been using Listerine with alcohol, with dried tf out of my mouth at that point, that when i tried opening my mouth it would hurt, so i stopped using it. Now I'm wondering: should i continue using hc or nah?

Im on my 1st week of hc, my nose is doing absolutely fine tho

so your mouth got dry because of mouthwash and you want to stop hc because of this

Put vaseline around and on ur lips so the water dosent come in contact with the parts that are dry and to repair the dryness use a moisturizer around the lip area and vaseline so keep using it still. If that dosent fix the problem use a towel on ur lips going until ur chin when rinsing off the hc (I would just do this and use moisturizer to repair the damage already done).

I have applied vaseline and few lip balms as well,but the dryness simply doesn't go away.

I would recommend using Avène Cleanance HYDRA Soothing Cream its worked extremely well on hydrating and repairing my skin when my dumbass used tret and accutane at the same time both kind of high doses which fucked my skin barrier.

Btw ive used the Avène Cleanance HYDRA Soothing Cream applied on my lips over night and its definitely help maintain moisture.
