2 reasons you think they're taller

1. It's more of the taller ones that are outside because being tall makes them more popular and confident and they have more friends

2. Zoomers have low t faces from a lenient upbringing of playing video games all day and not being fed their natural diet and xeno/phytoestrogens being in all products and packaging and tap water so when you see a low t disfigured face on top of a 6 foot frame it looks weird and stands out more and you think they're younger than they actually are

Not true at all. Diets are getting worse in developing countries people are eating less meat and almost no one is eating raw meat meaning every generation with inevitably be less physically developed than the last

Hypergamy ain't been that bad since 2000s and me dad's genuinely 5'4" and I don't think it's a big enough factor for there to be a noticeable difference yet anyway
