ZSO good or bad??

Im a 19 yr old guy whos planning to get bimax + ZSO. Ive consulted with my surgeon and he thinks its a good idea. After reading a bit about it on forums i noticed a lot of people think ZSO is shit. Can anyone help my case? idk what to do cause ive been planning to get this for around a year so im kinda caught off guard.

implants would be better because u can customise them fully

maybe just get permanent fillers or implants, way better than zso imo, even tho zso is like fully permanent while both of the options you gotta check up every couple years

how big is the differnece between customized implants and normal ones? would a non bp surgeon do cusntom implants?
