Can anyone explain the process of the surgical procedure ZSO?
IS there any legit available before and afters?
is it risky?
Can it heighten cheekbones?
And is it the same as zygomatic implants by eppley for example?

Not worth it. Get implants that include infraorbitals and you'll achieve a result which ZSO cannot even dream of giving you.

if you have bad zygos, then you probably have bad under eye support too.
In this case you need a custom implant which covers both infraorbital rim and zygos
