I'm 14 years old and I've always had an overbite, some of my friends even told me about it, my parents are maxillofacial surgeons and they put me in orthodontic appliances since I was little, but they never solved my problem, I don't have breathing problems because of my retracted jaw, I've seen some techniques like mentoplasty or things like that, but I never know if it's possible to deal with it, I don't think I have a bad jaw, my orbits are good and I don't have a crooked nose, but I don't think I have a good zygomatic size either, so I wanted to know what I could do at this age (14 years old) to improve the mandibular projection and the zygomatic, my teeth are very aligned, so I don't have that deep bite, but my jaw is recessed, any tips will be appreciated.
