Just bonesmash bro please, its so easy, so many people downplay it and think its a joke. But its not if you do it right. Im not into steriods and that crap so i dont really know the names but i think if you combine test with bonesmash it grows even faster. But still smashing ur zygos ever other day is so fkn easy and it grows so fast. Just make sure you brace you head so you dont get braindamage
