To optimize your genetic potential just making sure you're eating properly and living a healthy life is good, however.

You can also fraud with contour (you don't have to go as far as using makeup, it's up to you).

There's mixed theories on running a test cycle for a long time to improve dimorphism in the face, but it's meh. There's no real solid consensus on it. DYOR.

Live healthy -> eat a healthy diet, sleep 8-9 hours every night (waking up and going to bed at the same time), regular exercise, so on and so forth.

as for bonesmashing I don't know, I'm not high iq enough to debate it nor do I know enough about the mechanisms that would supposedly lead to it working or not working.
