I don't like fillers personally. Save for an experienced surgeon then just get it done.

Moneymaxxing should be a priority rather than facial aesthetics.

Sure, this is a take, but saying fillers are bad is just incorrect

Better to use filler while you're saving/making money, then getting something permanent done once you have the money for it

there's no reason to live life ugly while making money

Someone planning to get fillers for 10 years straight won't look much different than this, and you called that plan flawless
You can blast the area with hyaluronidase but it often misses the deeper layers and the supraperiosteal bolus sitting right on your bone. And you’re not just dissolving filler, you’re nuking your own natural tissue while the migrated filler stays trapped in your muscle and fat compartments
I can provide several peer-reviewed MRI studies to back this up, but I’m still waiting for you to show me a single piece of scientific evidence proving that years of filler can be mostly dissolved without leaving a permanent mess behind

You can literally see how much filler they did in ridiculous areas, do you really think celebrities working based off insecurities are comparable to a looksmaxer who has to keep his face aesthetic??

You're not nuking your natural tissue, you're just getting rid of your natural HA in your face temporarily, which comes back within weeks

getting a bbl every 4 weeks is diabolical work

bro must be cheeked up out of his mind

:lul:
Getting BBL treatment every four weeks might sound a lot but when done correctly in a professional clinic, it's actually safe n efficient. The key is a thorough skin assessment, controlled laser settings and attention to the healing time. In people with fair to medium skin tones and no active skin problems, the four-week interval is easily tolerated especially with regular sun protection and aftercare. Clinics only recommend this frequency when they are certain the skin can safely handle it. So, it sounds a lot or intense etc, but with all precautions there's no real danger, I just love keeping myself young tbf:lul:

Read the discussion section carefully, dissolution leads to skin laxity and volume loss that isn't just temporary
"18% of patients developed Post-Hyaluronidase Syndrome." That might sound low but keep in mind these weren't people with bad injectors, these were controlled clinical cases. Now imagine the failure rate at your local aesthetic clinic where they blindly inject you without high-resolution MRI or ultrasound guidance, you are literally gambling with your face in a place that has zero clue where your filler has actually infiltrated
Are you saying that when you dissolve filler, a majority of the filler remains?? because that's how you just worded this
Kinda, even after a massive dose of 1500 IU of hyaluronidas (which is an insane amount for a single area) the main supraperiosteal deposit remained completely untouched
I lower it to 5 years now

The volume loss was caused by her dissolving the filler, the filler was masking her aging, she got rid of it and was surprised that she looked worse without filler

Volume loss isn't an argument here, your article literally states that the patient was unhappy because she looked uglier without filler, and then said that fat transfer wasn't as effective as filler.

Post-hyaluronidase syndrome is also common when a patient aggressively dissolves their entire face in one session, which is exactly what the asian lady in the article did. Bad idea

Again, if you're uneducated, filler is a bad idea for you. The article described it as high dose, full face dissolving in ONE session

So yes, if you dissolve everything aggressively super quickly you'll end up fucking yourself over, you shouldn't do this

https://i.looksmax.org/attachments/...the_filler__magnetic_resonance_imaging.24.pdf
Majority of this filler was spread out across fat-planes, and they managed to dissolve all of the spread out filler.

There was one deposit that left untouched, and that deposit was NOT the main filler, a majority of the filler that was spread across fat planes was completely dissolved. That's literally what your article says.

If anything this supports the fact that you can dissolve migrated filler, which is a bonus, but that one deposit was dense & highly cross-linked.

Still not the "main" filler, just a dense deposit that stayed though
