What would you say the successes rates generally of zygo impants are without looking bloated ?

Zygomatic implants never succeed, get an osteotomy.

Fillers correctly used would probably be a better bet.
Both implants and fillers only complement pre-existing bone structure. If your mid-face is sagittally recessed, you don’t add more substance onto it, you move the mid-face forward, as per Modified Lefort III.

Ur better off getting fillers for zygos. Only most chin implants and few jaw implants produce good results

OP, listen to these gentlemen.

Do implants ONLY if you have a SHITTON of money for at least 1 revision. And prepare to spend A LOT of time at the hospital.

Why spend a lot of time at the hospital?

Zygo implants are a waste of money : go for a fat graft it looks better and natural.

am i a good candidate for fillers/implants?

What I was trying to say is that no one is a good candidate for these surgeries. Osteotomy is the only procedure capable of realistically improving maxillofacial bone structure.

True, having money for revision is mandatory. I didn't know anything about designs the first time so I had to go through revision (jaw and iom implants).
Unless you study for months how to make the perfect design (or go to Giant LLC in Cambodia ;) )

I've looked for cheekbone osteotomy results and there seem to be very few available. They tend to look very moderate, which might be a good thing. I've also read some horror stories about complications, including paralysis and blindness. I would honestly stick with implants if you really insist on modification of that area.

Haven’t looked deep into zygo surgeries but every pic I see looks very uncanny. OTOH, jaw and chin augmentations can really help and don’t usually look uncanny unless way overdone.

I've seen a few good ones, but they are usually very subtle.( Saiyan is the best result I've seen.) Agreed with the rest.

I've never seen any surgeons that offer upper maxillary osteotomies. Any examples of anyone who does?

This result isn't bad in terms of naturalness, pretty subtle though. He also had bimax and liposuction but you can see in the 3/4 that the malar area is a bit more convex:
