It's not gonna work if you're like 12 or older. The two bones in your palate fuse together in the early teens. If you rly wanna expand your palate, go to the ortho and try to get an expander prescribed (You can say that it's hard to breathe through your nose).

If you're 15, yes, you can get MARPE, which is made to work for teens and young adults. If you lie and say you can't breathe through your nose, there might be many reasons as to why this is unrelated to your palette, so they wouldn't really know that you're lying, although once you tell them this, they will most likely take a look and see if you qualify for an expander. Make sure you suggest MARPE. Just try asking them if that would help. Different orthodontists might have different opinions on if you qualify but most will want your money anyway and are likely to prescribe it to you. If you do not qualify for it, it could be for the best since a narrow palate is much better than an extremely large one, so be cautious about whether this will actually improve your facial structure.
