you can’t actually “push” your zygomatic bones up man, that’s bone and its position is genetic, there’s no exercise or pressure method that will lift or grow them unless you get a surgery

bro it works because of timing, when you’re younger the maxilla is still connected by softer cranial sutures so ortho devices can guide growth with constant force over months, they’re literally working with your development, not forcing it, that’s why expanders/facemasks can change things while you’re still growing, but once those sutures harden it’s basically over unless you go surgical, so comparing that to thumb pulling is just cope, completely different level of force and consistency. Once you get older those sutures start to interlock and harden, so the same movement would require way more force, at that point it’s hardmaxx surgery or nothing.
