Let's say you have a 150mm bizygomatic width, you want to reduce it to the average of 143mm because your ESR is way too low and your eyes look close set, so you go ahead and get zygo shaving but then Oh-oh, now you look like a cuck....
Why? Because now your FWHR and TFWHR is too low, your face looks too long so what option do you have? Hmmm, let's shave down the chin height in order to reduce TFWHR, but guess what... now your chin to philtrum- ratio isn't ideal anymore and your philtrum/ midface looks too long in comparison to your lower third
