Zygo tape real or fake

I have total septum deviation and nasal polyps covering 50% of both nostrils on the inside. I can't wear mouth tape because I can't breath with my nose the entire night, but I was thinking zygo tape might encourange more nasal breathing, is it real or it's just patel's goyslop?
