I've read some pretty bad reviews of this procedure - mainly to do with the potential upshot (few millimetres of narrowing) being outweighed by the heavy risks (potential sagging).

I need to take off at least10-20mm of the sides of my face to achieve my dream look. Is this even possible?

Anyway...came across this super thread where there was actually quite a long list of success stories. What you guys think?

I don't even care about sagging, I can get a facelift, but I'm scared because I haven't seen good results

Just have a narrow head theory

what are your exact measurements?

I think this procedure is popular in Asia due to different beauty standards. In the west, though, having prominent, defined bone structure is considered more attractive for a male.

That's why I'm scared to get it done in Asia, I don't want my face to be narrow, just to have and ideal width, my temples and forehead have perfect width but my cheekbones and jaw are mega wide and that looks weird on its on and screws up es ratio :feelsbadman:
I also want them to keep their shape, just less wide, but in Asia I think they wold let me with a shapeless boneless face

good point but why do they always do a jaw reduction with the zygo reduction? cant they just do one of them on its own?

agreed

the only advantage of eppley for this procedure is he will have an idea of western aesthetics - i.e. narrow face but angular jaw.

Whereas in asia, they wont are about the angles, they'll give you a slim egg faced k pop face shape which looks dumb on most people other than koreans:feelswah:
