Serious Zygomatic bone bigger on one side

The zygomatic bone on the left side of my face is huge. The one on the right side is of decent size but is noticeably smaller than my right one. What can I do?

probably minor fillers but personally I wouldn't risk anything in that area, unless the difference is massive and other people can notice it irl and not just you analyzing yourself in the mirror

You can't do anything to improve without surgeries, but you can do theese thing to avoid getting further asymmetry:
sleep with no pillow
improve posture
make you tongue rest in the middle of your mouth

Every single zygo Osteotomy before after i have seen so far is shit and does not create the arch effect
Best option would be to get an implant.

Asymmetry is normal, for males it's more tolerable than for females luckily, females go for features more than symmetry afaik as long as your symmetry isn't shit.
I have a friend with quite bad symmetry but good features that has fucked 30 women with some ltr's, many one night stands and a couple of long term fuckbuddies.
