I prolly was stage 3 and am still in stage 3. I think that is where your bones start to mature as thats what I was for me

If you mean the cheeks and width of them in general, they start to change around 17-18 for me, and didn't stop growing until I was like 22. Maybe I was a late bloomer but I noticed my face got wider and I could see the difference at 22 vs 19 for example.
