His facial depth and soft tissue still look mid, this ratio can look high but if you have hypoplastic zygomatics/low posterior depth but high anterior, just solely looking off of this might make one deem themselves more flattering than they truly are

Everything has to be long/projected enough and then you gauge other landmarks on the face


But yea peep the position of his alae relative to his forehead and eyes, although his squamous portion is pretty recessed and his orbital vector/fat padding/infraorbitals aren't good and his bones are thick/prominent enough, especially the zygomatic arch despite decent posterior depth
