I also had early puberty at like 13 where i got most of my height. But most of face devoloupment happend at 15-16 so the same thing is prob happening to you.

Hard to tell, but you definitely dont have a lot of growth in them left. I dont know what you look like, so it's hard to give advice. But you mentioned jutting so I guess you have an overbite, which means your lower jaw is probably underdeveloped so the zygos might look extra wide in contrast to the jaw and pfl. You should look into this, if that is a problem, jaw angle filler/implants could be high ROI for you.
