zygos expander narrow face

yo so basically i was thinking about getting an expander my upper palate is kinda narrow but i have 40mm when i measured. My whole face is narrow 1.77-80FWHR idk if i measured it right my zygos are good there are my widest point on my face when im not clenching my teeth(if im they are equal) so if i get expander will it ascend me or fucked up my face i dont want to look like alien or some weird shit

insted of buying explainder try the copes first like zygo pushing and thymb pushing , if it dont work go for a safe steroid like m677 , if not go for a expander if no reslut go for the exream on test + ai

how old? if ur undery 16 buy a custom palate expander in bracesshop.com costs 220$ and works fine

MK677 is too strong, I only do creatine and ashwaganda

Good luck even getting an expander I had to fraud as a ortho to get one. My pallet is probably average however I have a pretty wide face. it might be cope and not worth the risk + your maxilla is fused if your 18 or older. try thumbpulling if anything
