I just finished a bonesmashing session and I have been doing it more intensely lately. But after 30 minutes my cheekbones stung when I touched them
it’s not even a normal sting feeling. It’s more of a sharp feeling, what’s going on this has never happend to me before.
But like I said it may be normal since I have been doing it more intensely lately.
