So ? If you don't have hollow cheek get jaw angle filler or cheek implant, maybe both.

There needs to be enough distance between the zygos and the gonion, less buccal fat and 1:0.9 bizygo to bigonial width ratio

i have got jaw angle filler recently and i never had hollow cheeks and my zygos are shit , but after my jaw got wider due to fillers i have slight hollowing, if i were to improve my cheeks i would have good hollowing but be careful because too much hollowness and u will looks like a freak

People not answering the question again. It is. All it takes is enough skin to be stretched by the maxilla and jaw, you can have absolutely small cheekbones and a hollowed cheek area, see O'Pry.
