-zygo vertical placement
-zygo projection
-cheekbone size/projection
-forward growth of maxilla
-ramus/mandible height
-bigonial width

You dont need everything. Usually a good combination of two of these is enough to give you concave cheeks at low BF

hernan drago has higher set ones, thry are just vertically bulky. To see how high set they are you watch the widest part of face (not counting jaw) from a neutral front perspective. The area where it points most outwards are how high et they are and the rest is added volume
