I have an absent ogee due to my cw bimax, I am 2 months post op

My situation is pretty similar to his, my zygos placement is top tier they’re just recessed due to my bimax.
Thoughts on this one?

Looks like partially caused by shit infras. Get a online consult with Eppley and see what they have to say.

If it’s a soft tissue issue then get fat transfer
If it’s bone issue get osteotomy/implant (latter is better IMO)

If you got good or even decent zygo placement and it’s a soft tissue thing then get fat transfer

ah fair enough, thank you for clarifying i was thinking about bimax and i have above average zygos and a slightly recessed maxilla so that would've been suifuel

but as the people above said if its a soft tissue then get a fat graft, however based on what you said i think the best option for you would be infra and zygo implants just so you get the whole area tbh because it seems its rather the fact that your cheekbones are recessed

who did you consult with? was it a surgery done for health reasons? if you really were as recessed as you say you were, surgeons would've put implant in your plan
