Zygos/Infraorbital premaxillary PEEK implants

Hi to everyone
As soon as this global pandemic end i will have this surgery.
My Custom implants are still in the planning stage so i can't still share any pictures with you. What do you think about PEEK as material? Is it really better than sylicone or medpore?
I will update this post with pics of CT, pre-post surgery.

are you aiming for lateral or forwards projection -- or both?

Peek should be a good material.

I'm aiming for both lateral and forward projection. I'm just a little bit scared about the size of the implants that of course will be pretty big and need a big incision i guess.
Insertion is by oral incision. Don't know why exactly, i saw many as Eppley doing via under eyes incision

From what I know, there is less chance go get infection if you cut under eye.

My midface is shit around 0.97-0.98 i will post pics after my surgery. He charges 13-14k with peek. 2 k less with medpore but zero customization, just standards implants with medpore.
