Place your fingers there, you'll feel the cheekbones on the outside of outer palate. Then you either pull forward, laterally or upwards. Don't know if it works since zygos are attached to the maxilla and u need to move the maxilla to move the zygos

I bonesmashed for like 5 months, I stopped doing it because its a bit schizo but I believe I made some """"progress""" with it. Obv I don't recommend doing it but it may actually work a bit.

As for zygo pulling, I doubt you can change zygo size by doing it, but it seems like a less retarded concept definitely

u need to move the maxilla so i would rather widen the palette rather than push on the zygos

I buried my thumbs into my face and pushed my zygos upward and backward at 90% strenght as I was resting my elbows on my desk for 10 secs, It was painful and like I said I felt some pressure on the front teeths.

I mean my front teeth do overlap a little so maybe pushing my zygos ultimately outward may have relieved that pressure on my overlapping teeths but this is too soon to spread such intels. I may update some day.
