I'd say jaw, but I would rather have model zygos than model jaw because of how much rarer it is, after a certan point jaws don't really get that much better but people with model zygos are incredibly rare.

jaw weighs more. you can have 0 zygos and good smv but you cant EVER EVER have 0 jaw and good smv. case closed
