Zygosfiller vs overall midface filler.

I have a recessed midface ( recessed upper maxilla ) And for now the only solution available to me is fillers to seem normal and fix my flat face so I wonder if I should opt for zygos fillers only? Or I do one of these liquid facelift which is a combination of 5 ml or more of filler in the entire area of the midface (under eye, cheeks, nasolabial fold , pyryform Aperture and etc ) i know a good clinic in Istanbul for This.

depends on how bad the recession is because if it's extremely bad then you might need lefort but if it's not a lot you can get paranasal and infra implants/filler if you want

i had a recessed midface, got lefort and zygo implants. it looks weird having the periform aperture be behind everything else. makes a weird convexity to the face. i'll be getting that filled in. wouldn't recommend just doing the zygos if its gunna put u in my same position
