zyns have made it so i cant whiten teeth

let me preface by saying snus is definitely the best addiction ive gotten myself into. the appetite supression, the stimulation, with adhd everything is basically benefits when using this shit. but honestly, i went to use my whitening kit a couple weeks ago and my gums instantly started getting irritated as soon as i put in the mouth guards. eventually after about 10 minutes of usage they were bleeding and i took them out and rinsed and brushed and was fine after 30 ish minutes. fast forward a couple days continuing usage (almost a tin a day) and i get a fucking gum infection in my top right corner. i literally cant use anything that causes sensitivity to my mouth because of these fuckin things. but hey the appetite supression is too good to give up and the cognitive boost is amazing. ive since made an effort to brush my gums and rotate where i put my pouch in, in order to make sure my gums keep as much health as they can.

any similar experiences?

appetite supression, boost in cognitive focus, and overall if ur someone whos nd or js adhd it makes u feel normal bc its a stimulant

id say the main reason i use them is to suppress my appetite, fasting is 10x easier, ez ascend

I live in America so we have the weak shit but when I was really into it I ordered a ton of stuff from Europe so I’ve had my fair share of usage. i use many diff pouches and my mgs range from 9-15mg tins that i go thru in about a day. i have some european shit snd then the american shit lowkey sucks besides velos

Velos are fire and America will get better tbh. Every smoke shop I see continuously upgrades their stash. I have tried some new brands that aren’t half bad tbh.

yea some of the zyns new flavors of their ultras are really good. the normal peach is fire and then the ultra thats a citrus one tastes like fruit loops bro its def getting better
