zyrtec + accutane? HELP!

i just got zyrtec (antihistamine) and i’m using 80mg of accutane how much mg would i take for the zyrtec if im taking two 40mg pills? the amount of mg each zyrtec has per pill is 10 mg.

should i take one 10mg pill or

two for each 40mg pill of accutane (isotretinon)?
