bone structure / insertions are totally genetic but everyone can achieve their own best, lean, jacked physique that is possible for them

i told myself for years i could never be jacked i was literally bullied in a weightlifting class every day to the point where i skipped it and switched out of it... told myself i had shit genetics too

I've always been kinda lean and have had muscular shoulders, small waist and thicc calves(I play football), but looking at this I get frame mogged to the moon and back lmao need to get to work

hopefuel . Also i might sound retarded but clavicles grow till early 20s. So with certain stacks is there a chance to increase the bicramonial width of it? or is clavivle distogenis surgery the only way for true bone change. i have a 25 inch waist but narrow clavicles and skinny rn. i just need wider clavicles for a good leanmaxxed physique.

never really tried with legs tho tbh. my leg genetics are really good i just didnt want too big of legs and honestly just would not be disciplined with training legs. once i had decently sized quads to wear shorts + quad vascularity, i p much didnt care anymore XD

tbh i dont actually hook up with a lot of new girls very often these days because i genuinely hate one night stands
