Im skinnyfat trying to build muscle while losing fat
On newbie gains
I would rather be lean and small then bulky and big i have a cutecel archetype (mtn)

Knowing your weight and height, I’d say about 300-400, for you that’s the perfect balance between not becoming malnourished and growing well while losing fat

dont cut if u arent morbidly obese cause if u cut during puperty ur body cant grow cause he doesnt have enough energy. just build muscle and maintain ur cals. (-100/+100 cals a day)
