I am planning on doing my first cycle in mid July, I am 18 6ft at 70kg
- have been going to the gym properly for around a year and on and off before that
- im about 15% body fat maybe less
Here is my first cycle plan (starting with 250 then going to 350)
Pre cycle
- get blood work done (so I can compare later and have an idea of my aromatisation)
- sperm bank (just incase)
Weeks 1-5
- 250mg of test e (biweekly)
- 250iu hcg (biweekly)
- no ai yet
Week 5 - blood work (before increasing to 350mg)
E2
- 50-70 → aromasin 12.5mg (weekly)
- 70+ → aromasin 12.5mg (biweekly)
RBC
- rbc percentage below 50%
Address any other health markers before continuing
Gyno
- nolvadex → if any itchiness or sensitivity in nipples
- AI → decrease general E2 levels
Morning supplements + peptides
- omega 3 (4g)
- D3 (5000iu) k2 (100mcg)
- zinc 30mg
- Nac 600mg
- Glow stack
Evening supplements
- Nac 600mg
- Magnesium glycinate 400mg
Situational
- tudca (if orals taken in future)
- telmisartan (if bp is constantly elevated)
Hair
- topical dutasteride (using topical, as dht can drive beard growth and dont want to limit that)
- oral minoxidil 5mg
Skin
- tretinoin (acne is mild currently, and have not used it before so may not need isotret)
Monitoring
- blood pressure every Sunday morning
- blood work done every 8-12 weeks
- semen analysis (only if testicles are visibly smaller)
- blood donation if hematocrit is above 52%
Diet
- keeping the diet clean at 3000 kcal a day (400 surplus) until around 82-85kg
- 160-180g protein a day
(ik some of it may seem like doing too much for a 350 test cycle - but theres no reason not to manage everything you can)
any advice would be appreciated (and any additional anabolics i could add aswell)
