shut up. The only variable I changed was adding raw milk to my diet. I didn’t have a insanely high libido before adding raw milk

Raw milk (2 liters daily)
Beef
3 eggs a day
No vegetables no starches except for white rice
Valencia Oranges
Medjool dates for extra calories
Chicken twice a week
Shellfish (shrimp, oysters, lobsters)
Organ meat once a week (cow/sheep liver)
Also collagen peptides powder from Amazon

The fish i eat is sprats, the lowest ranked mercury fish from the data i have seen, they are very small and full of omega 3 and zero omega 6 PUFA :feelsgood:

honestly I wish I could eat a fish without worrying about nuclear radiation/microplastics/mercury/pollution etc.

i never feel safe eating more than twice a week bc of that, even if it’s low mercury. It has too many variables that can go wrong

beef and milk mogs for daily consumption but yeah if I was alive during 1700s before the world was cucked by nuclear radiation waste id consume milk, beef AND fish daily

not to mention most of my calories come from milk/eggs/oj

My fiber comes from bamboo shoots and white button mushrooms

again stop assuming I’m only drinking milk jfl. That’s what I said has had the biggest impact on my libido and overall well being but my diet is actually very well rounded

Goitrogenic beans and lentils AND most vegetables that are anti nutrients.

Probably just the extra carbs and calories, not the diet in itself. Long term calorie and carbohydrate restriction can definitely lower your sex drive

i was eating in surplus before this and averaging 400g carbs

it’s definitely the calcium from milk and sugar bc my diet before was low in both sugar and calcium

Most likely the simple sugars. I recently cut out most starchy foods and grains (apart from a few like bananas and carrots) and replaced them with simple sugars from fruit, honey, sirups, vegetables and refined sugar and I feel better and less hungry. My digestion and transit time improved too. Starch can be constipating and seems to increase transit time a lot
