  • All the amino acids
  • D3
  • Zinc
  • Calcium
  • Vitamin A

They are low mercury because they eat plankton and not other fish.
Choose bone-in, skin-on, in own juice.

Dont fall for supplements, 99% are toxic.

Wild Planet Sardines with bones and skin in water is so legit. Easy nose to tail carnivore diet eating, like yea that's probably the best way to get all nutrition from an animal but I'm not about to eat the ballsack and ovaries of a cow jfl.
