Did my first uc session today
Did 5min per side once with 1"bar" out of 10 and then 5min with 2/10.
Did mask off my zygos. Don't think it's necessary.

Laying in the bathtub rn with a cold mayonnaise bottle on my balls (nohomo), writing this.

Used a shit ton of gel,like 200ml or so. Complete mess....
Reapplied every 2min or so, cause I fucked up the placement and it got loud.

I'm patenting ts: I used tape to shut my mouth, so the air stayed inside when puffing cheeks.
Had the problem with the probe slamming against my teeth, when the air hot out.
Tryed holding my mouth closed by pressing my lips together with my other hand... didn't work out that well.

Feel kinda numb, especially around my lips and mouth in general (could ne the puffing and lymph massages though).

When pushing the cheekfat, there was an enormous dent that stayed 10sec. and disappeared within a min. Diminished mostly after a view secs.
Did this b4 uc many times and didn't make this big of a dent and only stayed for 1sek or so.

Drank a lot if water b4 and after, ate walnuts after & b4, took hugging amounts of magnesium bicarbonate, potassium, bromelerin and taurine.
Still laying in bathtub writing this. 30min or so. (Sweating like crazy.)
Did some lymph draining massaging motions on my face right after the session but just a little bit.

Still waiting for @lenvoalt to drop his uc guide.
Gonna make a dedicated thread, made vids, photos etc in the procedure.

Was really loud at 2/10 power, especially when making sudden movements like when u loose air from ur mouth (very convenient) u need to wait until the next uc burst to take away the probe or hit the small button on the screen.
Had to put the mashiene on an elevated position to have the screen right in front of me.

Any advice for the draining part?

Gonna do cardio tomorrow and put books under my bed to elevate my head.

I dont expect a lot of this session, cause I did low power and fiew sets.
Gonna gather more knowledge and go higher in power the following week.

Pls give advice, I have prom in 4 weeks

U defenitly wanna be alone, when doing the session. I hide the mashiene in the carton after the session.
B4 the session I clean and disinfect the whole mashiene, wash the probe and my hands in between, wear gloves etc...
Really messy.

I think u could tape the microphone up or so, to make it better, but getting interrupted could make u fuck up and hit ur bone, wich is not pleasant at all.

For the products, they both look fine. I just needed a reliable option that would ship quick.

Dude I can't see any change after 24h.
But when I press my cheekfat in with my hands for half a min or so and then let go, the dent stays for a long time. And this look absolutely mogges, holy.

It's like a whole different material.
Like a balloon with flour in it.

Ill just do it very carefully and slow. But i dont know the routine yet. I dont wanna go crazy i wanna start slow with slow results to prevent bloar n shi.

Please tape all areas you dont want affected, the gel is conductive so even if you dont touch the area but the gel is still there it will be affected, also best for not hitting bones

I've done 6 sessions so far. Havent got burned. When i first time used it i couldnt really handle it beacause it was loud but now im chilling and listening music at the same time. I usually see my results withing couple of days or so. I only drink like 2 liters of water and thats it. I use aloe vera gel btw.

It was all fat b4 and it just diminished after 7 days or so.
Kinda took away under eye supporting deep medial fat, so combining it with filler or just having good zygos would be best...

Really good for thick deep fat, not as noticeable on normal lower cheek fat.
Made me look older though

Yea, cause I was retarded
Nuked my eye support, when I should've startet way more down on the cheek.

It's cause I have no bones (horrible zygos and maxilla) and I underestimated how low the area is, I needet to be with the probe.

Over all a looksmin, cause of health indicators. (If I look neutral or am thinking about sth, ppl ask me if I'm fine/ sad about sth etc. Pretty shit)

But:
I kinda look higher T, so more masculine, if that makes sense. Just like I run a shitty roid cycle without training or bloodwork.

(Also was talking more to foids in my school over the last days, wich I found to be strange, probably Dymo halo buy idk, could be placebo).

I have tested and I found out I don't have a recession in my under eye bones, but just lack lateral projection on my zygos, so diy filler could ascend me pretty good...

Havent used aqualyx and i dont want to put needles on my face. UC is cheaper too. I got mine for 50 dollars from aliexpress. I have not measured how much fat ive lost but i can see hollowing. I was bloated but now im not.

My mum noticed my tear troughs 3 or 4 days after. No color changes though. Probably gonna happen if u turn the power up or dont use enough gel though

nope, at least my family members havent noticed nothing, redness lasts for me max 5-10 minutes and its not even much and i never had bruising. I already have little tear throughs cuz lack of fat. It wasnt caused by UC. Only use UC on youe cheeks
