I’m 14M and it’s been a week since I’ve been taking 50 mg of Meclizine orally daily as an attempt to grow taller, heres what I’ve noticed;
Side effects:
-Triggers my asthma after consuming the tablets
-slight fatigue from time to time
-very tired 2-3 hours after taking
Results:
-I am now slightly over 5’8 (I grew)
What I do is I consume the Meclizine only at night time since it can make you very tired, I usually take it after dinner because it can make you have slight fatigue if taken on an empty stomach.
Why I’m doing this?
Meclizine is currently being studied as a potential treatment for achondroplasia and/or contributing to linear growth, it’s very cheap and I think it might be worth a shot. The reason I’ve started this experiment is because I read about it being a FGFR3 inhibitor,
basically it accelerates linear growth by reversing the inhibitory effect of over active Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 3 (FGFR3)
(FGFR3 inhibitors are targeted therapies designed to block fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3),)

A study claims that long-term oral Meclizine administration improves survival rate and spinal canal stenosis during postnatal growth in a mouse model of achondroplasia in both sexes.
this is my first time making a thread like this so lmk what I should improve/add for the next time.

Discovery of TYRA-300: First Oral Selective FGFR3 Inhibitor for the Treatment of Urothelial Cancers and Achondroplasia - PubMed
Activating FGFR3 alterations have been identified in up to 15-20% of muscle-invasive bladder cancer and metastatic urothelial carcinoma (mUC), and as high as 80% in nonmuscle invasive bladder cancers. FGFR3 germline mutations have also been associated with a variety of skeletal dysplasias...
